Senior Software Engineer - AI

Most AI startups are just building wrappers. Here, they've already built autonomous voice agents that actually do the work - booking, triaging, and navigating clinical workflows for dental practices. 50+ paying clinics already and just raised north of €2m to scale.

You will join as the first engineering hire. You’ll work directly with the CTO to move the product from "working" to "scaling."

This isn't a role for someone who wants a list of tickets to clear. You’ll be architecting backends, handling messy API integrations, and figuring out how to make agentic reasoning loops reliable in the real world.

This is a full time, on-site role, in the Dublin city centre office.

This won't be everyone's cup of tea. But being in the same room is the only way to move at the speed they need to. It's a "Day Zero" environment - high-bandwidth, high-intensity, and no red tape. If you want to sit at the table and actually shape how this company is built, you need to be in the room.
