A proactive role supporting the Bid Manager and the wider Commercial Team with the efficient and effective administration of bid preparations, pre‑qualifications proposals, project presentations and contracting tasks.

Key Accountabilities
- Tracking online procurement portals and notification of potential opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of the bid library and undertake periodic reviews to ensure that all content is up to date.
- Work closely with the internal bid, business development and divisional teams to assist in the co‑ordination, research and preparation of presentations and bidding information.
- Liaise with subject matter experts to provide accurate, relevant and prompt information.
- Co‑ordinate the design elements of the proposal and presentation.
- Proofread documentation to ensure compliance with bid instructions and internal procedures.
- Review documents and case studies and tailor them to meet the project requirements.
- Create industry and client presentations.
- Assist with the continuous development of efficient bid execution.
- Other general bid development and administrative duties.
- Maintain a strong link with internal clients, guaranteeing appropriate and responsive reaction to address any concerns.
- Ability to address unforeseen reactive demands.
- Any other duties as deemed necessary for the efficiency of the business.

Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge
- 2 years of administration experience in a commercial environment.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of FM/Building (Mechanical & Electrical) services an advantage. xcfaprz
- Proven experience in a similar role.
