App Support Engineer Contract Onsite Limerick

• 
  
• Support application services and implement software upgrades
  
• Write and execute SQL queries; manage BI dashboards
  
• Monitor system health, resolve production issues, and meet SLAs
  
• Maintain coding standards, documentation, and knowledge sharing
  
• Implement secure logging, audit trails, and role-based access controls
  
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; support CSV activities
  

• 
  
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar support role
  
• Strong knowledge of SQL, BI reporting, and software upgrade processes
  
• Experience in regulated industries (biopharma, healthcare, medical device, etc.)
  
• Familiarity with validation documentation (URS, FS/DS, test plans, traceability)
  
• Experience implementing secure controls (RBAC, logging, audit trails)
  
• Strong communication skills and ownership mindset
  
• Candidate must be based in Ireland and have a stamp 4/ EU Passport
