Admin Support

Based on our clients site at Naas, the Administrator will be responsible for supporting the team in developing, organising and administering the Company's comprehensive service designed to insure optimum efficiency and effectiveness to the client contract and ensure profitability.

• Work with clients to ensure an in depth understanding of roles, organisation, culture, specification and duration of assignments
• Source and recruit for roles of all levels with the client in line with resourcing KPIs
• Register candidates in line with legal and ethical compliance specifically but not limited to Eligibility to Work, Ethical Compliance, EAA, and AWR GLA if applicable.
• Issue on boarding information including assignment briefing forms and handbooks
• KPI's as identified by Account Manager

• Work with the client to provide innovative service delivery solutions and recommend solutions which will add value to the service
• Provide management information and reports specifically outlined within the SLA
• Support Client with any additional support

• Liaise with candidates to identify issues and address concerns
• Maintenance and update of accurate worker /employee records and systems
• Provide general advice and guidance to temporary workers e.g performance management, absence management
• Carry out appraisals / reviews on temporary workers if applicable
• Conduct investigation meetings in relation to complaints or issue
