Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the MEP scope for a major construction project
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers, Engineers, and support staff
  • Ensure full compliance with technical standards, health & safety regulations, and quality requirements
  • Oversee procurement activities, subcontractor performance, and stakeholder coordination
  • Drive commercial performance, including cost control, risk management, and financial reporting
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project objectives and milestones are achieved
  • Report progress to senior leadership and contribute strategic input on overall project direction
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering technically complex MEP projects with values exceeding £20m
  • Strong leadership capability with experience managing multidisciplinary delivery teams
  • Excellent commercial awareness and contract management expertise
  • In-depth knowledge of UK building xcfaprz regulations, MEP systems, and construction methodologies
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities
  • Willingness to undergo full background checks and security vetting (including NDA clearance) due to the sensitive nature of the project
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • Chartered status or equivalent professional accreditation
  • Previous experience delivering manufacturing, high-tech, or technically advanced facilities
