As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role based on the delivery of a residential project in Dublin City Centre, ensuring maximum value for money while maintaining required standards. This position involves full-spectrum Quantity Surveying duties, from civils/groundworks to turnkey handover of a fully completed project. You will support the Project Management team in delivering financial and contractual control costs across all contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual communications and notices.

• Minimum 8 years of commercial experience in quantity surveying.
