You will lead the finishing works and support overall site management, ensuring all trades deliver to specification, maintain quality, and meet project timelines. This is a hands‑on role for a proactive, detail‑oriented professional.

• Oversee all finishing phases including internal fit‑out, external finishes, snagging, and handover
  
• Ensure the highest level of workmanship across all trades
  
• Manage and close out snags using digital snagging tools (e.g., Snag List Pro, Procore)
  
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain strict quality assurance standards

• Support the Site Manager in coordinating daily site operations
  
• Supervise and direct subcontractors to meet project specifications
  
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
  
• Review drawings and specifications for accurate execution
  
• Assist with scheduling, sequencing, and maintaining project timelines
  
• Participate in site meetings and provide progress updates

• 5+ years' experience as a Finishing Foreman or Site Manager on commercial, industrial, civil, or building projects
  
• Strong background in high-quality finishing and fit‑out works
  
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and site teams
  
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards
  
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and construction processes
  
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
  
• Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues
