Role Overview
Due to the continued growth in the domestic market for our services, we are now seeking a Lead Qualification Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with our existing lead‑qualifying team to effectively manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring our on‑the‑road sales team stays busy and helping us achieve our annual sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Qualify and Follow Up on Leads: Engage with potential customers in a timely manner and manage a busy sales pipeline. Maintain communication to nurture interest and move them through the sales funnel.
- Maintain CRM Records: Accurately input and update lead information in our in‑house customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team: Work with the team to ensure we are getting back to every potential client in a timely manner, ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and provide insights to improve conversion rates.
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Learn our product range and offer best advice for new potential clients.
- Meet Lead Generation Targets: Work towards weekly and monthly goals ensuring you hit our own individual targets and support overall sales objectives.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage potential customers and build rapport
- Sales & Persuasion Skills: Confidence in handling objections and guiding leads towards the next step
- Customer Focused: Ensuring a positive experience for potential clients
- Detail Oriented: Accurately collecting and recording lead information
- CRM & Data Entry Proficiency: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software an advantage
- Time Management & Organisation: Ability to prioritise and follow up on leads efficiently
- Team Collaboration: A proven team player capable of driving results through effective collaboration.
- Basic Market Knowledge: Previous experience in the solar/renewable energy sector is an advantage
