Senior Field Service Engineer

Our client who are well established within the renewable energy sector nationwide are expanding their team and looking for a Senior Field Service Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a natural troubleshooting and solution driven mindset, with strong interpersonal skills and the highest attention to detail. You will be a highly motivated, flexible individual, capable of working on your own initiative and managing own diary. Full systems training will be provided.

• 
  
• Provide a complete level of service to our customers on site which could include - commissioning, fault-finding, servicing, maintaining, repairing, calibrating and validating all products and services within our offering.
  
• Undertake post-install commissioning inspections
  
• Schedule site inspections
  
• Log and file job reports on our online CRM software
  
• Work in accordance with Health, Safety and Environmental regulation
  
• Provide phone and onsite troubleshooting as required.
  

• 
  
• Sound knowledge and understanding of renewable energy systems
  
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role FSE role
  
• Previous experience in mechanical, electrical or HVAC roles desirable
  
• Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel the Munster region
  
• Safe Pass and Manual Handling
  
• Experience with heat pumps or solar panels would be an advantage
