Atrium Global is partnering with a client in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry who is seeking a Data Analyst to support manufacturing data digitisation and process verification activities.
Job Overview
The successful candidate will support the digitisation and management of manufacturing process data derived from paper-based Manufacturing Batch Records. This role focuses on ensuring accurate electronic data availability to support process monitoring, investigations and operational improvements within a regulated biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the timely conversion of process data from paper-based Manufacturing Batch Records into electronic systems
- Ensure accurate data availability for process monitoring, troubleshooting and investigation activities
- Digitalise manufacturing data and ensure timely delivery to internal teams for reconciliation and approval
- Identify and help resolve obstacles that may delay completion of data processing tasks
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Sciences & Technology, Manufacturing and Quality teams for data entry activities
- Manipulate and maintain existing data files and edit previously compiled information where required
- Verify newly entered data within databases to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Create forms and data entry pages within databases as needed
- Perform data mining activities on completed Manufacturing Batch Records when required
- Support the Continued Process Verification (CPV) programme
- Assist with CPV related projects including maintenance, improvements and implementation initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Science or a related scientific discipline (preferred)
- Experience with manual data entry from manufacturing documentation into electronic systems
- Intermediate proficiency with xcfaprz Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work with multiple data sources across different platforms
- Experience analysing and working with large volumes of data
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and database systemsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of precision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
NICE TO HAVE
- Knowledge of biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Batch Records within regulated manufacturing environments
