Project Manager – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (Dublin)

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the PMO team at our Client's site in Swords, Co. Dublin. This permanent role offers the opportunity to lead and support cross-functional, high-impact projects in a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

• Manage diverse projects including process improvements, system implementations, and new product introductions (NPIs)
  
• Apply methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum to drive rapid, effective project delivery
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, plan execution, and manage risks
  
• Ensure compliance with site governance processes and best practices in project management
  
• Contribute to the management of the site’s risk and project portfolios
  

• 
  
• 6+ years’ industry experience, with at least 4 years in project management
  
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g. MS xcfaprz Project, Smartsheet)
  
• Experience in cross-functional, matrixed environments
  
• Background in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector
  
• Degree in Engineering, Science, Operations or related field
  
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
