Join our Global Projects Operations team, the heartbeat of project planning, delivery, and governance for WBD Global Experiences, Tours, and Retail. As the Senior Manager of Show Technical Services, you will oversee all technical functions for new projects, ensuring that our high standards and innovative solutions are delivered globally.

This role involves domestic travel within the U.K., as well as to the U.S., Asia, and other international locations as needed.

• Lead the global delivery and standardization of show technology, ensuring compliance with technical standards for AV, show control, networks, and interactive systems.
• Provide technical leadership for new projects, collaborating with designers, vendors, and internal teams to create scalable and maintainable show solutions.
• Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies and supporting global procurement strategies.
• Ensure seamless integration of show systems with facilities and IT infrastructure, incorporating redundancy and future-proofing.
• Oversee operational readiness through documentation, training, and maintenance strategies for global sites.
• Support global growth by developing technical teams and managing budgets for new openings.
• Provide performance data to stakeholders, driving KPIs and ensuring high visitor satisfaction.
• Promote a strong global safety culture through preventative maintenance and compliance.
• Enhance operations for tours and retail, ensuring efficient guest flow and queue management.
• Maximize global show technology asset management through performance analysis and long-term planning.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive technical culture, addressing local challenges and sharing best practices.

• Extensive experience in live entertainment, theme park operations, or special events.
• Proven track record in technical services management, including electrical systems and health & safety compliance.
• Proficiency in show control and technical software systems.
• Management experience with a focus on training and developing teams.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently under pressure, meeting multiple deadlines.
• Project management qualification or demonstrable experience.
• Solid understanding of workplace health and safety management, preferably with an IOSH/NEBOSH qualification.
• Willingness to travel worldwide and work across multiple time zones.

This role is primarily based in Leavesden, UK, with some domestic and international travel required. Flexibility in working hours is essential to accommodate multiple time zones.

Onsite Working: This position is advertised as onsite, meaning all working hours will be conducted at the workplace. WBD reserves the right to adjust this working agreement as necessary for business needs.
