Job Description

Assistant teamleader in Lelystad

As an assistant teamleader, every day brings something new. You are responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes. You will start your day planning and assigning tasks, closely monitoring the workflow and stepping in when needed. You are the go-to person for your team and work closely with the teamleader. You will be active on various logistics departments such as inbound, outbound, and returns.

This is what you'll do:

• Plan the day and assign tasks to team members

• Monitor ongoing processes for efficient workflow

• Support and coach your team

• Work across inbound, outbound, and returns logistics

• Collaborate closely with the teamleader

Job Requirements

• Experience in logistics, preferably with some leadership background

• Full-time availability for two shifts (06:30-15:30 and 16:00-01:00), including occasional Sunday evening duty (once every six weeks)

• Fluent in Dutch and English (Polish is a plus, but not required)

• Sense of responsibility

• Valid forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one

Salary and Benefits

• Salary between € and €2900 gross per month

• Travel allowance

• 8.33% holiday allowance

• Shift allowance of 12%

• Travel compensation of €0.21 per km up to 60km (outside Lelystad)

• View to a permanent contract
