The Manager, Information Technology leads the Recruiting and Admissions Solutions group within the Office of Enrollment Operations’ Enrollment Technology Team, supporting UT Dallas’ Offices of Admissions and Enrollment Operations in designing, implementing, and maintaining key technology solutions related to student recruiting and admission.
Specifically, this position acts as a hands-on technical administrator working across multiple enterprise systems, including Salesforce and related middleware platforms, to deliver technology solutions for prospective student recruitment and application systems in the areas of CRM development, marketing, event management, data management, reporting, and systems integration in Salesforce and other software platforms. This position also supports new project intake by participating in reviewing and prioritizing campus-wide work requests, determining the necessity and potential benefits of the requested work or project, and creating relevant units of work to be documented and implemented.
