Overview We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Solutions Architect
to support a major modernization initiative for a large-scale payments platform that processes all payments flowing through the bank. The first focus area will be the commercial banking wires platform, driving modernization and establishing a technical blueprint to be applied across additional platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead endtoend solutions design for complex, enterprise-scale systems. Translate business requirements into comprehensive, domaindriven technical designs. Architect highly scalable, cloudready microservices solutions. Contribute to the modernization of legacy systems and guide longterm technology strategy. Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure solution alignment and feasibility. MustHave Qualifications
Cloud Modernization Expertise
Experience modernizing enterprise platforms for cloud environments. AWS preferred, but strong
cloudnative and cloudagnostic
architectural experience is essential.
True Solutions Design Experience
Strong background in
DomainDriven Design (DDD) . Ability to take business needs and produce clear, extensible, scalable technical solutions.
Extensive Architecture Experience
15+ years
of overall IT experience with ~
10+ years
in architecture roles. Deep expertise in
microservices architecture .
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with onprem development and architecture OpenShift MongoDB or CockroachDB CI/CD pipeline design Payments domain experience
