The Lockheed Martin Artificial Intelligence Center (LAIC) seeks a talented and passionate individual to support our Applied AI team and radar track processing product portfolio. If you are excited to work on a wide range of impactful projects in DevSecOps, software, data science, and machine learning, we want to hear from you! Your Role: Lead the monitoring and maintenance of AI capabilities in the field and develop new capabilities to improve ML monitoring and update processes for deployed systems. Analyze customer data and evaluate ML model performance to identify areas for enhancement. Develop and update ML models in response to evolving operational needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly innovate and refine solutions. Provide ongoing support for deployed products using machine learning operations paradigms. About You: You hold a strong working knowledge in radar systems engineering, signal processing, DevSecOps, and machine learning. You have excellent motivation, work ethic, time management skills, and interpersonal abilities. You are an effective collaborator who thrives in team environments. You possess a deep understanding of machine learning operations and experience in maintaining deployed products. You can obtain and maintain a security clearance. You are a US citizen due to the nature of the work. You can work onsite at LM Moorestown between 50% to full time, with occasional off-hours needed to meet mission requirements. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience with modern MLOps pipeline steps including labeling, model explainability, deployment, and monitoring. Proficient in DevOps tools such as Docker, Git, and CI/CD. Skilled in Python and relevant libraries (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, etc.). Ability to obtain a Secret government security clearance. Desired Skills: Master's Degree in a relevant field is preferred. Experience in leading software and machine learning programs. Familiarity with database interfaces (SQL, MongoDB, etc.). Experience with ML frameworks (Pytorch, Tensorflow, etc.). Knowledge of compiled languages like Rust or C++. Experience with test events or integration activities. Adept at coordinating long-term program execution across teams. Skilled at representing technical matters related to software and machine learning. Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance; US citizenship is a must for consideration. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $128,200 to $225,975, depending on location and experience. Benefits:
