The role of Distribution Team Leader is important to us. You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, value‑adding servicing, and dispatch of a wide variety of products throughout Ireland and Europe. Additional responsibilities will be to ensure effective stock control and ensuring sufficient training and contingency planning is in place. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

• Manage the day‑to‑day requirements across multiple platforms to ensure Dispatch SLA’s are met, including error logging and management.
  
• Liaise with all operational departments to ensure the efficient management of dispatch and ordering of consumables.
  
• Ensure stock movements are accurately recorded, assisting with stock take at the end of each month.
  
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security while adhering to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.

• Line management responsibility for all Dispatch Assistants, including assigning tasks appropriately and appraising results.
