Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager leads complex, high-value, or multidisciplinary projects and contributes to strategic business growth. This role extends beyond delivery to include governance leadership, client development, and mentorship of emerging talent.

• Leads multi-disciplinary teams, develops talent strategy, and shapes PM best practices within the consultancy
• Resolves highly complex, ambiguous, and commercially sensitive challenges.

• Acts as executive-level client interface and mentors PM team members, modelling integrity and humility in leadership.

• 8+ years’ experience including complex project leadership
• PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner
• Chartered Engineer (CEng MIEI) strongly preferred
• Membership of Engineers Ireland, PMI, CIOB or equivalent
