Accounting Technician

Our client, a trusted brand with a strong presence in Ireland, is seeking a Accounting Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Accounting Technician and this role will see the successful candidate report directly to the Head of Finance and be an integral part of the Finance team.

• 
  
• Manage bank reconciliations, supplier payments, bank account and customer set-ups
  
• Prepare cashflow budget and forecasts
  
• Manage AR function (reconciliations, processing direct debits, debtor statements and o/s balance collection)
  
• Post key financial information to the accounting package
  
• Review and completion of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  
• Ad-hoc duties as required
  

• 
  
• Qualified Accounting Technician with 5+ years experience in similar role
  
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  
• Proficient in MS Office/systems
