Work Location: To manage, lead, and control projects across the Utmost International business, including projects involving the wider Group. Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring objectives are met on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Act as a key coordinator between project stakeholders and those undertaking project activities. Facilitate the integration of business change into operational areas. Be part of the Change Management Team, supporting team members and promoting effective change management.

• Define projects with clear scope, deliverables, roles, and responsibilities; communicate to stakeholders.
• Plan, track, report, and lead project activities aligned with Utmost International Change Framework.
• Monitor progress, risks, and issues; report in accordance with policies to safeguard project benefits.
• Deliver short and medium-sized projects as per standards and outcomes.
• Agree on project approach, develop realistic plans, and manage stakeholder involvement.
• Monitor costs, timelines, and resources; address deviations.
• Formally close projects and document lessons learned.

• Establish and lead project teams with appropriate skills and behaviors.
• Manage communications and key messages for effective information flow.
• Build and maintain relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
• Promote best practices within the Utmost International Change Framework.

• Manage third-party suppliers and services in coordination with IT, Legal, and Finance departments.

• Support project services and use project control solutions.
• Assist with project control boards, assurance teams, and review meetings.

• At least 3 years as a Project Manager or in a senior role within the Life Assurance industry.
• At least 2 years as a Junior Project Manager.
• Experience in software development lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience working within an international organization across jurisdictions.

• Deep knowledge of Project Planning and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong project management skills, problem-solving, and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to meet targets and goals.
• Experience with formal project management methodologies.

• GCSE grade C or above in English and Mathematics or equivalent experience. xcfaprz
• Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince2 or equivalent).
