What you will be doing
- Provide on-site field support for our partners, direct Panasonic customers, and end customers in case of technical problems.
- Records and processes highly complex inquiries.
- Support new customers during the first pre-commissioning visit on-site to support the customer and guarantee correct system set up.
- Provide central technical support for the service-partner-network and end customers in the respective region and/or area.
- Provide detailed documentation of all activities
- Serves as link between customers and sales staff to assure responsiveness.
- Identify technical issues and develop solutions of a variety of customer complaints and issues, as the first level of escalation after the call-centre and service-partners.
- Serves as liaison between sales, supply chain/logistics, and customers; communication with customers on activities in these areas is integral to the delivery of customer service.
- Train and support new installers on site
What we are looking for
- Completed training as a master refrigeration and heating technology, state-certified refrigeration / air conditioning technicians, etc. or similar education and experience
- At least 6 years of work experience
- Strong technical knowledge across all responsible product categories
