Contracts Manager

Our Client, a large scale company in Mayo, requires a Contracts Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

1. 
   
2. Management of all high level contract activities from design to final account;
   
3. Liaise with all internal departments and external key stakeholders;
   
4. Prepare and update project specific programmes;
   
5. Planning of master programme for all departments and projects;
   
6. Co-ordinate site installation with client representatives;
   
7. Liaise with key suppliers and subcontractors;
   
8. Regular reporting to senior management at all stages of the project;
   
9. Assist with timely submission of accurate monthly and final account claims and negotiating same;
   
10. Ensure compliance with company policies including Quality control and Health & Safety;
    

Requirements:

1. 
   
2. Suitable third level Civil Engineering qualification or a proven track record delivering diverse projects;
   
3. Understanding of Construction Methodology;
   
4. Previous experience in a senior management role with a main contractor;
   
5. Enthusiastic, motivated individual required;
   
6. Strong xcfaprz written and verbal communication skills;
   
7. Ability to use time productively, maximise efficiency and meet challenging work goals;
   
8. BIM experience a distinct advantage;
   
9. Tender submission experience a distinct advantage;
   
10. Ability to work well in a team environment;
