- Plan, prioritize, and manage engineering projects.
- Monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
- Lead project validation activities for automated production lines, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement validation protocols, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Process Design Documents (PDD), User Requirement Specifications (URS), test scripts and Critical Quality Attributes (CQA)
- Select and manage contractor activities to ensure integration into the project and satisfactory service standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, quality assurance and suppliers to ensure smooth transition of production lines from development to full-scale manufacturing. This includes overseeing the transfer of technology, processes, and documentation to ensure consistency and quality.
- Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate project status.
- Drive achievement for own projects and those they support.
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices and project successes across the organization.
- Facilitate communications and change management for key programs and projects.
- Perform any other tasks/projects as assigned by the manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, automation, or a related field. xcfaprz
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in validation of automated production lines or a similar role.
