Bid Manager

Our client is a leading technical contractor with projects in the UK, Ireland, Mainland Europe, USA, and Canada. They Specialize in Advanced Manufacturing, Data Centres, Food, Logistics and Pharmaceuticals. They have expanded over the past 20 years to be a multi – million-pound company. They are currently looking for Bid Managers to join them in their Offices in Dublin, Ireland.You Will Be Responsible For:

• Lead the entire bid process from initial opportunity identification through to submission, ensuring deadlines are met and bid quality is maintained.
• Develop and implement winning bid strategies tailored to Data Centre projects, aligning with client requirements and company strengths.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (estimators, designers, engineers, commercial staff) to gather inputs and ensure alignment throughout the bid.
• Interface with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and build strong working relationships throughout the bidding process.
• Oversee the creation of compelling, accurate, and professionally written bid documents, ensuring compliance with RFP/ITT specifications and branding guidelines.
• Identify and assess commercial and technical risks associated with the bid, proposing mitigation strategies where necessary.
• Work with commercial teams to develop pricing models and ensure alignment of the bid with financial targets and contractual terms.
• Conduct post-submission reviews and lessons learned to continuously improve bid processes, win rates, and team performance.

• 5 years’ experience in Bid Management or similar.
• Applicants outside of Ireland must be willing to relocate to the Dublin area.
• Previous history securing large contracts.
• Comfortable working under strict deadlines.
