Overview
We’re working with a high-profile global payments client trusted by the world’s largest financial institutions. They’re hiring a Lead Software Engineer to drive delivery and innovation across key Java-based platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of engineers in delivering backend services using Java and Spring
- Influence architecture decisions and advocate for clean code and scalable systems
- Foster a DevOps culture, integrating testing and automation into the pipeline
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet strategic goals
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years Java development experience; recent xcfaprz tech leadership responsibilities
- Expertise in Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Kafka, and containerisation
- Solid experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong problem-solving mindset and mentoring skills
