Senior Accountant

Description Our Kildare office is growing and we are looking to appoint a Senior Qualified Accountant into in a varied portfolio management role consisting of monthly management accounts, yearend accounts and advisory work for a diverse portfolio of SME clients. Reporting to Director/ Partner level you will get to work with an established and highly collegiate team and manage/ mentor a number of trainees and seniors.

• 
  
• Preparation of monthly management accounts and cashflow projections.
  
• Yearend accounts and financial statement preparation.
  
• Reviewing the work of trainees to develop their abilities and delivery of completed files for director/ partner review.
  
• Mix of SME advisory work and projects as required, due diligence for company sales or assisting clients with acquisitions.
  
• Work with leadership on practice development, as Xeinadin grows and transforms identifying operational efficiencies and improvement and working with senior management on strategic development.
  

• 
  
• ACA / ACCA / CPA qualified or part qualified with over 2/3 years experience
  
• Experience in working across a diverse client portfolio
  
• Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities
  
• Highly motivated with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
