We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Architect to lead a large-scale digital-transformation initiative. The role focuses on defining modernization strategy, designing enterprise-level applications, and integrating legacy and modern platforms across IBM and cloud environments

• Define and lead application-modernization roadmaps and architectural standards.
  
• Design scalable solutions using IBM middleware, APIs, and microservices.
  
• Ensure performance, security, and compliance across enterprise systems.
  
• Translate business needs into practical, high-impact technical designs.
  
• Guide and mentor development teams using DevOps and CI/CD practices.
  
• Qualifications & Experience.
  
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field; TOGAF or IBM certification preferred.
  
• 15+ years of IT experience with strong background in application architecture and modernization.
  
• Hands-on expertise with IBM WebSphere, Integration Bus, and enterprise middleware.
  
• Experience integrating legacy and cloud systems via REST, SOAP, or event-driven architectures.
  
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
