A key hybrid role within the Data Migration Team responsible for data validation, mapping, cleansing, and cross-functional coordination for Workday ERP implementation. This one-year contract ensures that 11 key data elements across 60 entities are processed, migrated and validated for the January 2027 Go-Live, meeting critical milestones in June, September, November, and December 2026.

Key Responsibilities
1. Data Preparation

  • Extraction: Manage hands‑on extraction of data as required or coordinate with system vendors to secure source data.
  • Initial Validation: Verify raw source data for correctness, completeness, and technical readiness.
  • Mapping: Execute field‑level mapping from legacy systems to Workday templates based on functional requirements.

2. Cleansing & Synchronization

  • Refinement: Execute bulk cleansing, de‑duplication, and patching of missing fields to synchronize disparate data into a consolidated set.
  • Standardization: Enforce global standards for names, categories, and formats across all 60 entities.
  • Exception Handling: Resolve data anomalies with Business Units and ensure updates are reflected in final master and transactional sets.

3. Validation & Support

  • Data Migration Cycles: Perform iterative validation checks across all migration cycles up to Go‑Live.
  • Pre‑load Verification: Conduct final data integrity checks before ingestion into the Workday environment.
  • Workday Alignment: Validate post‑load data within Workday and collaborate with Finance teams to resolve functional discrepancies.

Responsibilities are not limited to the above; the successful candidate is expected to maintain flexibility as some changes to duties may occur to meet evolving project requirements.

Qualification & Selection Criteria

  • Education: Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business, or a related field, with 2 years of experience. Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and an interest in ERP implementation projects are welcome to apply.
  • Systems: Proficient in ERPs; specific experience with Microsoft BC, GP, SAP B1, and Workday is highly preferred.
  • Data Volume: Proven ability to manage high‑volume data with sharp accuracy under tight deadlines. xcfaprz
