While this role is advertised as Technical Lead, our client is looking for tech‑savvy leaders who are ready to step into an Engineering Manager position within a small, high‑impact team - someone who can guide and mentor while staying close to the code. Internally, the official title is Engineering Manager, offering the perfect blend of leadership, technical influence, and hands‑on development.

• Lead 2 direct reports (fullstack engineers, including an AI specialist)
  
• Define engineering standards, design scalable architecture, and contribute to development
  
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into resilient, maintainable solutions
  
• Promote best practices in DevSecOps, cloud, and software development processes
  

• 
  
• Strong experience with TypeScript and/or Python, and AWS or similar cloud expertise
  
• Familiarity with Machine Learning and Generative AI concepts
  
• Skilled at building scalable, production‑ready systems and building good relationships with senior stakeholders
  
• At least xcfaprz 2 years in a technical leadership position
