Senior Engineer – Dublin/Louth, Sector: Civil

Salary: €60 – €80k

INFORM3 are recruiting for a Civil Engineer with over 5 years experience to work on a large road projects in the North East area of Leinster from Louth to Dublin. The successful candidate will have the opportunity for career progression with long-term work.

The client is a Civil Engineering Contractor that is expanding rapidly within the industry and has a highly knowledgeable and experienced team. The client has positions available for candidates with Civil Engineer backgrounds and previous experience working on a variety of civil projects.

• 
  
• Liaise with the Project Manager
  
• Regularly revise Site Drawings and Specifications
  
• Assist in coordinating site staff, providing clear direction on tasks and assisting on technical queries
  
• Coordinate and control plant, equipment and materials on site
  
• Understanding company policies with regard to quality and ensuring these are implemented at every level of works
  
• Order in materials when necessary
  
• Maintain the site diary
  
• Conduct Toolbox Talks and Health and Safety Briefings
  
• Ensuring all staff receive full site inductions
  
• Be present for site meetings, ensuring that issues arising on site are discussed and amended
  
• Comply with all Health and Safety policies
  
• Manage traffic on site
  

• 
  
• Civil Engineer Degree
  
• 5 years + experience including concrete and structures
  
• Setting Out experience
  
• Team player, who has the ability to self-start and work independently
  
• Confident in using Microsoft Office
  
• Excellent numeracy skills
  
• Full driving licence
