SimoTech hasan opportunity for an experienced OEM Automation Engineer for a pharmaceuticalproject based in Dublin. Candidates must have at least 5 + years’ experiencesupporting the automation aspects of manufacturing and packaging equipment in aGMP-regulated environment.

• Provide automation guidanceand expertise to multi-disciplinary project team executing projects on Vial/SyringeFilling Lines, Packaging and Production environments from design throughcommissioning and start up.
  
• Troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLCs,HMIs and SCADA systems.
  
• Support integration ofautomation systems with MES, PCS and enterprise platforms (L2 Integration).
  
• Generate and reviewengineering documentation, including User Requirement Specifications and FunctionalDesign Specifications.
  
• Execute IOQ protocols andsupport validation activities on-site.
  
• Update standard operatingprocedures as required by project scope.
  
• Participate in equipmentinstallation, root cause analysis, incident investigations, and troubleshootingof control systems.
  
• Provide technical input tochange control processes.
  
• Ensure compliance with allrelevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  
• Manage and interact withthird-party vendors to ensure equipment delivery meets quality, schedule, andspecification requirements.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ElectronicEngineering, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Biotech Engineering,Physics & Instrumentation, or a related discipline.
  
• Minimum 5+ years’ relevantexperience in automation engineering, ideally within biopharmaceutical or cleanutilities environments.
  
• Provenhands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLC and HMI hardware/software(essential).
  
• Strong background in control systemsautomation, including vendor management and technical oversight.
  
• Knowledge of GAMP softwaredevelopment lifecycle and validation practices.
  
• Independent, self-motivated, andorganized, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Willingness and ability to workon-site minimum 3 days per week or as project needs dictate.
  
• Teamplayer who thrives in a collaborative, project-driven environment.
