Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Fortivum is seeking a motivated Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team, delivering high-value, cutting-edge data centre projects across Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to be exposed to all stages of the project lifecycle, from feasibility and cost planning to delivery and final accounts, while progressing toward chartered status (MSCSI/MRICS) via our structured development programme.
What you’ll do:
- Cost planning, value engineering, and benchmarking across feasibility, design, and delivery phases.
- Support procurement strategy, tender preparation, and contract management.
- Manage cost reporting, cash flow forecasts, risk analysis, and final account settlements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and clients.
- Drive digital innovation using tools like Bluebeam, CostX, and Power BI, and champion sustainability and best practices.
What we’re looking for:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or RICS/SCSI-accredited discipline.
- Experience in cost management or quantity surveying - ideally with data centre or mission-critical projects.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communicator, proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented.
- Proficient in Excel; experience with cost management software advantageous.
- Eligible to work in the EU/UK with flexibility for occasional travel.
