Exceptional hourly rate - top of market rate for a Supervising Pharmacist

6 weeks\' annual leave

Monday-Friday only, 9:00 - 18:00 - no weekend work

Strong support structure, including a dedicated Dispensary Manager to assist with day-to-day operations

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently
  • Providing professional advice and support on medications and health-related matters
  • Leading, managing, and motivating staff to ensure excellent team performance
  • Supervising claims and ensuring accurate, timely submissions
  • Driving and supporting the rollout of new company xcfaprz projects and pharmacy initiatives
  • Ensuring full compliance with PSI regulations and company policies
Requirements
  • Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a professional dispensary setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on staff development and outstanding patient care
