Site Service Engineer

Dublin (with regular travel to client sites across Europe) – Must hold a valid visa and be based in Ireland.

Salary 80-85k

We are currently hiring for a skilled and motivated Site Service Engineer to join our electrical manufacturer client’s team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to work across both workshop and site-based environments, supporting the delivery, installation, and maintenance of low voltage (LV) switchgear and power distribution systems.

• 
  
• Carry out installation, testing, commissioning, and servicing of LV switchgear and related equipment
  
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults both in-house and on client sites
  
• Conduct thermal imaging surveys and perform necessary switchgear modifications
  
• Liaise with clients and project teams to ensure high standards of delivery
  
• Complete all required documentation, including test certificates and service reports
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
  
• Support continuous improvement through reporting and feedback
  

• 
  
• Recognised Electrical Qualification (Ireland or equivalent)
  
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
  
• Strong background in LV switchgear or related electrical systems
  
• Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications
  
• Willingness to travel regularly across Europe and work outside standard hours when needed
  
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  
• Eligibility to work in the EU and proficiency in English
