You’ll manage a talented group of four data engineers plus a dedicated PowerBI team, guiding their growth while shaping the technical direction of the entire function. This opening is particularly unique: the previous manager has just been promoted, so you’ll report directly into a leader who knows the team, the roadmap, and how to support your development. You’ll drive high‑impact architectural decisions, act as the key connector between business and technology, and champion engineering excellence across the team. While your focus is leadership, you’ll still stay close to the tech, contributing hands‑on when needed across Python, AWS, and PowerBI.

• AWS cloud architecture and optimisation
