Über
Assist with setting up and deploying Windows devices using Intune and macOS devices using JAMF. Help with the installation and basic troubleshooting of operating systems (Windows 11, macOS, iOS, Android), productivity software, O365, SharePoint, mobile devices, and collaboration tools such as Zoom. Support the tracking of IT assets and learn how ServiceNow is used for tickets and asset management. Learn how to manage user and device accounts in Azure under supervision. Work with team members to provide high-quality support to end users, both remotely and in person. Respond to HelpDesk requests, document actions taken,and elevate issues to other IT staff as appropriate. Participate in deploying new hardware and software and assist with onboarding new users. Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional customer experience. Create and modify KB articles and learn how we leverage KCS Uphold F5's Business Code of Ethics and Company policies. Perform other related duties as assigned to support the IT team and learning objectives. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Interest in computers, networks, technology, and customer service. Willingness to learn about Windows 11, macOS, mobile devices, printers, networking and collaboration tools like Zoom. Ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and learn from feedback. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic understanding of computer hardware and software is helpful but not required. Ability to stay organized and document your work. Openness to new technology and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment

Requirements / Qualifications
Must be a current student in the United States pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's degree. Approaching Junior year (Bachelor's) or beyond at the time of the internship. Available for a 12-week internship between May and September 2024. Must have at least one additional quarter/semester remaining after completing the internship. Must be willing to relocate to Seattle, WA for the internship and for a subsequent full-time role upon graduation if offered. Eligibility: This internship is open to students pursuing their bachelors or masters degree at an accredited college or university in the US, planning to graduate between December 2026 and June 2027. Our interns - and their conversion role - are required to be based on one of our US hub locations where you can experience a hybrid working environment. Physical Demands and Work Environment Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table. Duties require the ability to utilize a computer, communicate over the telephone/online meetings, and read printed or electronic material. The role may be hybrid and require periodic in-office collaboration. Additional hours may occasionally be required to support project milestones.
