Landscape Foreman – Lead From the Front

Job Location: Blades of Grass Landscaping, Lagrange, OH

As a Landscape Foreman, you’ll be the point person on the job site—trusted to lead the crew, manage daily production, and deliver high-quality results that represent our brand. You won’t just “run jobs”—you’ll develop people, solve problems, and drive performance.

• Lead, motivate, and manage a landscaping crew in the field

• Plan daily work, assign tasks, and keep jobs moving efficiently

• Set clear expectations and hold your crew accountable to quality and safety standards

• Ensure all work meets company and client expectations—no shortcuts

• Operate and oversee the proper use of landscaping equipment and tools

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site at all times

• Communicate effectively with management and, when needed, clients

• Take ownership of job outcomes and problem-solve challenges as they arise

• Prior landscaping or related outdoor construction experience

• Proven leadership ability—you’re comfortable directing others and making decisions

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• High standards for quality, safety, and professionalism

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Solid understanding of landscaping tools, equipment, and best practices

• Clear communicator who leads by example
