We specialize in insurance reconstruction projects following fire, water, and storm damage. We are growing and preparing for the next phase of expansion, and we are looking for a strong Project Manager with restoration or construction management experience to join our team.

Compensation

$60,000 – $80,000 salary based on experience
Bonus program available after probationary period

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

This role is primarily office based with regular field visits to job sites.

What You'll Do

Manage residential insurance reconstruction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning through completion
• Manage budgets, schedules, and job profitability
• Coordinate subcontractors and in-house crews
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, adjusters, and internal team members
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and job quality
• Track project progress and keep jobs moving forward
• Resolve jobsite issues quickly and professionally
• Ensure projects meet company standards and customer expectations

Our Project Managers typically handle multiple jobs at once and must be comfortable balancing priorities while maintaining strong communication with customers and the team.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience managing construction projects
• Restoration or insurance reconstruction experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Budget management and problem-solving ability
• Professional attitude with customers and subcontractors
• Self-motivated and able to work without micromanagement
• A good sense of humor helps — we work hard but enjoy what we do
