Responsibilities What You'll Do: As an Applied Scientist on our Oracle Health and Analytics team, you will take the lead in developing robust AI model training and serving systems. Collaborating closely with our skilled scientists and engineers, you will enhance model performance while integrating innovative technologies that are revolutionizing healthcare. Your work will play a crucial role in shaping Oracle's future endeavors in AI and Machine Learning. What You'll Bring: (Objective Minimum Qualifications) PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Linguistics, or a related field, focusing on Machine Learning and Deep Learning by July 2026.
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing scalable AI models suited for production.
Comprehensive technical expertise in Machine Learning, Gen AI, Data Science, and Deep Learning architectures.
Practical experience with emerging large language model frameworks and tools.
A commitment to staying informed about advancements in the field and applying them to develop practical business solutions.
A strong publication record in prestigious journals or conferences.
Residency in the U.S. or enrollment at a U.S. university.
Eligibility to obtain work authorization in the U.S. in 2026.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with advancements in computer vision and multimodal modeling is an advantage.
Minimum GPA of 3.0.

Range and benefits information: The hiring range for this position is between $97,500 and $199,500 per annum, with opportunities for bonuses and equity.
