Join Our Dynamic Team as a Production Systems Administrator - Evening Shift We are on the lookout for a talented Production Systems Administrator to oversee crucial production environments that are essential to our operations. This position combines technical skills with hands-on management of Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure, empowering you to solve complex production issues, ensure high availability, and enhance performance as we expand. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Installing, monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all production server hardware and software.
Providing exceptional technical support for complex issues, driving problem management efforts, and keeping management updated on progress.
Collaborating and resolving advanced support cases with internal teams and third-party vendors.
Managing Oracle production environments, including upgrades, bug fixes, and patch management, while ensuring consistent system uptime in a cloud-focused setting.
Participating in on-call support as part of a regular rotation.
Qualifications: Eligible for US Government TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Must be a U.S. Citizen due to federal government client requirements.
Must reside in Austin, TX.
Willingness to work the second shift from 1 PM to 11 PM (shift differential pay applicable).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in Linux System Administration, Networking, Storage, Compute, and Virtualization.
Demonstrated experience with incident management processes.
A strong customer-oriented mindset focused on enhancing client experiences.
Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is from $30.29 to $60.63 per hour, equivalent to $63,000 to $126,100 annually, with the potential for equity eligibility.
