Part Time Solicitor

Our client is a growing law firm in Dublin 15 and are looking for a property solicitor to join them on a part time basis (3/4 days per week). Candidates should have at least 2 years PQE and have experience in both Residential and Commercial Property. The role can be mostly WFH

Salary: to €75k pro rated

• 
  
• Provide legal advice and representation to clients across residential and commercial conveyancing.
  
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts / agreements.
  
• Manage a varied caseload, ensuring all deadlines are met and matters are handled efficiently.
  
• Liaise with clients
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and case files.
  
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
  

• 
  
• At least 2 years PQE in Ireland.
  
• Experience in commercial conveyancing,
  
• Strong knowledge of Irish law and legal procedures.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
  
• Proficiency in using legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• A commitment to providing high-quality client service.
