Access Talent Group are currently working with one of Ireland’s biggest Civil & Structural consultancies who are looking to bring on a Civil/Structural Team Lead to their Dublin, Galway, Cork or Dundalk sites.

This is a fantastic opportunity to come into one of the country’s biggest consultancies where you will lead a fantastic pipeline of projects – ranging from large‑scale commercial and residential builds to educational and healthcare. No two days will be the same!

This position is a permanent role, so job security is guaranteed. You will hit the ground running and get started straight away on a variety of projects. The role is available for an immediate start. The ideal candidate will be a great people‑person, a multi‑tasker, and have the relevant technical experience and be outgoing. xcfaprz

To be considered for this role:

• 
  
• 12+ years as a Structural or Senior Structural Engineer, with a relative Civil or Structural Degree, and those 12+ years being on Irish projects post‑grad
  
• Chartered or working towards chartered status
  
• Team Lead experience on a set of civil and structural projects
  
• Experience with relevant software is desirable
  

As well as receiving a competitive salary, the successful applicant will receive a company pension contribution up to 8%, 26 days annual leave and an annual company bonus based on personal performance.
