Programme Delivery Lead (Senior Manager)

Location: Dublin-based, with a hybrid model of 3 days on-site (either in our Dun Laoghaire office or at client locations)

We are looking for a dynamic Programme Delivery Lead / Senior Delivery Manager to join our Management team. This is a high‑impact, front‑facing, leadership role responsible for delivering complex, large‑scale, data projects for our clients and managing the Clear Strategy team assigned to those projects. You will be the trusted advisor to the client, ensuring delivery excellence, client satisfaction and long‑term partnership. You will also lead, inspire and grow the internal team, taking full ownership of project oversight, resourcing, team culture and performance outcomes.

• Own delivery of complex client programmes across multiple workstreams
  
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high quality standards
  
• Act as senior delivery authority above Project Managers
  
• Drive sprint execution, dependency management and issue resolution
  
• Hold delivery teams accountable for commitments and timelines
  
• Proactively manage delivery risks and remove blockers early
  
• Maintain strong client confidence through consistent progress and transparency
  
• Coordinate resourcing with Senior Managers and leadership
  
• Ensure governance, reporting, and delivery cadence are operating effectively
  
• Support commercial success by controlling scope creep and inefficiency
  

This role leads through clarity, urgency, and execution excellence. You create delivery rhythm, set clear expectations, and ensure nothing drifts. You are hands‑on when needed and strategic when required — always focused on outcomes.

• 8‑12+ years leading delivery of complex technology or data programmes
  
• Proven ability to deliver multi‑team projects to deadline
  
• Strong risk, dependency and issue management skills
  
• Experience working above Project Managers in programme environments
  
• Excellent stakeholder and client communication
  
• Commercial awareness and delivery efficiency mindset
  
• Comfortable driving accountability and making hard calls
  
• Background in data, analytics, technology or digital transformation preferred
