• Management of the design and development, and verification of complex assemblies and packaging.
  
• Carry out relevant research and proof-of-concept testing to determine design feasibility.
  
• Initiate process improvements to contribute to performance, quality and cost efficiency.
  
• Lead risk assessments for product and manufacturing processes.
  
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions based on failure investigations.
  
• Oversee recruitment, performance management, and development of direct reports.
  

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree minimum in an engineering related discipline.
  
• 6+ years' of experience in MedTech ISO13485 regulated environments, within Product Development/R&D Engineering/Design & Development Engineering.
  
• 3+ years experience leading mechanical design project teams. xcfaprz
  
• Skilled in Design for Six Sigma (DFFS), statistical analysis, and DOE methodologies.
