My client, a well-established organisation based in Dublin 1 is seeking an experienced Facilities Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical)to take ownership of all technical Facilities Management activities across a large, high-profile commercial site.

Main responsibilities include:
- Lead M&E and Facilities teams across mechanical, electrical, life safety and building services
- Oversee commissioning, handover, PPM and reactive maintenance
- Manage subcontractors and onsite technical trades
- Act as the main engineering point of contact for the client
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, EHS, and industry best practice
- Manage assets and maintenance programmes via CAFM
- Drive sustainability, energy efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services)
- Minimum 5 years’ post-graduate experience
- Proven leadership experience on large commercial sites
- Strong knowledge of commissioning, asset management and FM operations
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Chartered Engineer (Engineers Ireland / CIBSE)
- CAFM, financial or people management experience
