The Job:

As a key part of the sales team & reporting directly to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales, developing strong customer/client relationships & supporting the on-going expansion of the dealership in their target markets.

More specifically this will include implementing sales strategies to achieve targets, prospecting for & generating new leads, managing customer/client enquiries, running product demonstrations, negotiating pricing options, building on-going relationships with key customers, reacting to market trends, achieving individual sales targets & supporting sales leadership teams with their projects & duties.

Your Skills/Experience that we need

• 3+ years sales experience in a relevant sales or business development role - motor/auto trade or field sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales KPI's & targets.
• Excellent communications, presentation & inter-personal skills.
• Proven ability to work on your own initiative & deliver on projects.
• Full & ideally clean Irish driving license

The Offer:

Salary will depend on candidate skills & experience but expected to be a base salary of approx. 30-40k with OTE of 60-70k+ & excellent benefits including company vehicle, pension contribution, generous expenses & allowances, best in class industry training, flexible working hours, etc. etc.
