Energy Manager

Energy Division Lead required to join a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy. This is a senior leadership role within the Water & Utilities and Energy space, offering the opportunity to lead and grow a specialist practice focused on energy transition, renewables, and utility infrastructure across Ireland. This will suit a technical leader, with strong commercial awareness, a background in energy, water or utilities.

• Renewable energy and decarbonisation projects (wind, solar, grid support infrastructure)
  
• Energy infrastructure for water and wastewater utilities
  
• Power and utilities network upgrades
  
• Large-scale public and private sector infrastructure programmes
  

• 
  
• Lead strategic direction and drive growth across the Water & Utilities / Energy portfolio
  
• Develop and mentor specialist teams seeking innovation and continuous improvement
  
• Oversee delivery of major energy and utility infrastructure projects from feasibility through to completion
  
• Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams, ensuring high technical and delivery standards
  
• Collaborate with Civil, Environmental, Planning, and Structural teams to deliver integrated solutions
  

• 
  
• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or similar)
  
• Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent) preferred
  
• 12+ years experience within energy, utilities, or power infrastructure sectors
  
• Proven leadership experience within a consultancy or similar environment
