A leading provider of Calibration and instrumentation services to the industrial & manufacturing industries. We have an immediate vacancy for a Field Service & Calibration Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, set-up, commissioning, calibration and general servicing of inspection, weighing and measuring equipment. Duties will include:

• On-site calibrations, installations & set-ups throughout 32 counties.
  
• Troubleshooting / fault finding & repairs.
  
• In-house repairs, servicing, and calibrations in our County Kildare workshop.
  

The ideal candidate will have:

• 
  
• Degree, Diploma or a Time served Apprenticeship in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
  
• 2+ years of relevant experience as a Technician/ Engineer.
  
• Solid understanding of electrical & electronic instrumentation, equipment & processes.
  
• Strong diagnostics and repair skills.
  
• Experience of electrical and electronic fault finding / and a proven ability to diagnose /troubleshoot & repair to component level.
  
• A full, clean Driving Licence and willingness to travel.
  
• Desire and ability to work effectively on own initiative, under minimal supervision.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  
• Genuine interest in electronics and previous experience calibrating, maintaining & troubleshooting process machinery / instrumentation is a distinct advantage. xcfaprz
