Graduate Software Developer – Software Development

Xcelerit is hiring high-potential fresh graduates to join our development team in Dublin.

We work at the intersection of high-performance computing, mathematical finance, and systems programming. We build production-grade systems that solve complex quantitative problems for global financial institutions.

This is a full-time, on-site role with real ownership from day one.

You will contribute directly to live projects involving:

• Quantitative finance and trading systems
• Risk analytics and numerical simulation
• Performance-critical C++ systems
• Python-based research and prototyping
• Optimisation and scientific computing

Our engineers work across the stack - from modelling and research to implementation and deployment.

We are interested in graduates who:

• Have strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures
• Write clean, structured code
• Enjoy solving challenging technical problems
• Are comfortable with ambiguity
• Take pride in improving their craft

Finance experience is not required. Technical strength and learning ability matter more.
