Product Owner

Our client is a global data and AI-led services company partnering with leading organisations financial services. As part of continued growth, they are building a new engineering pod in Ireland to accelerate development of its Intelligent Premium platform

They are hiring an experienced Product Owner to lead product delivery for this pod, working closely with a Senior Platform Owner and global engineering teams.

You will own end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact platform features — translating product vision into clear roadmaps, driving execution, and ensuring measurable business value. You’ll lead backlog management, partner closely with engineering and architecture teams, and manage/mentor Business Analysts within the pod.

• Translate platform vision into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans
  
• Own feature delivery from ideation through release and adoption
  
• Lead backlog prioritisation and Agile ceremonies
  
• Ensure alignment with platform architecture, standards, and AI strategy
  
• Manage cross-team dependencies across Ireland, India, and global teams
  
• Coach and manage Business Analysts within the pod
  

• 
  
• 8+ years’ experience in Product Owner, Business Analysis, or software delivery leadership roles within an enterprise environemnt.
  
• Strong Agile delivery experience in complex, enterprise environments
  
• Background in insurance (P&C, Premium Audit, underwriting, or similar workflows are a nice to have). xcfaprz
  
• Experience working with AI-enabled or automation-heavy platforms is a plus
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
